Hello.. my name is D.. and I... I.... I am..... a Record-A-Holic. I was addicted as soon as I copped my first piece of vinyl (Lakeside's "Fantastic Voyage" 45). And what I listen to mostly.. are breaks, loops, anything sampleable. Blame Marley Marl.. my favorite producer and biggest influence musically when I was a teenager. I wanted to know where he got those sounds he used in all those records back then.. now.. i'm still searching for unheard of rare groove vinyl records from all over the world. Anybody that knows me knows i love foreign records.. but I am into anything funky. Rare Groove is the only genre i care about.

The Brothers Zim Presents - Sol Zim - Joy of Israel
Zimray Records - Zimray 113
One of my favorite loops right here....Out of all the Sol Zim lps out there... this is THAT ONE....check out the cut "Jerusalem"! Don't let the cover fool you... loopable intros on the cut "Yonatan" and "Ki Mitziyon".

Los Socios Del Ritmo - Volvamos A Empezar / Chilito Piquin
Sabor Records – CS-1611
Really dope latin lp with crazy loops... and one FUNK BURNER.. the cut "Frijol Con Puerco" is that one... insanely funky... Definitely worth picking up.... Listen.

Various - Greatest Hits - Succesful Music No. 3
Jolly Records – LPJ 5115
This cut is gaining popularity now.. corny tune but the breakdown in the middle will make you curse for real. Hard drumbreak for real.. This is the only lp i could find this one. Definite FIRE!

Nazareno S/T
Chantecler 2-08-404-097
This Nazareno S/T lp is bonkers.. a good mix of latin funk/soul.. many nice things to chop up in here... check out the cut "Pe De Coelho".. the intro and breakdowns are insane. I need to find more copies of this.

Various - Journey of Mind
Toshiba Records NW-5005
Sure wish i could read this...it's all in japanese. My homey DJ Yasushi told me this is a comp.. but I'm looking for the orignal of the cut playing.. if anybody can help me out... hit me up! This has been in constant rotation here for the last 2 years.
